After the agreement on the use of space is made, you can simply sit back and relax, because Sun Contracting bears the costs for the entire planning and implementation of the photovoltaic system. We also take care of maintenance and service after commissioning. There are no costs nor effort for you for the installation of the contracting system.
1. Agreement on the use of space
Basis for your Photovoltaic Contracting is the land use agreement, in which are contractually stipulated conditions under which the space can be used for sustainable energy production. It can be in the form of a lease agreement, for example, but also in the form of a land purchase agreement. All steps towards the contracting project completion are then carried out based of the signed contract.
2. Have a photovoltaic system installed
We take care of the planning of the photovoltaic system, taking into consideration all building law requirements. We focus on the highest possible quality for the design, the components and the installation in order to guarantee low-maintenance operation and to avoid power outages. The costs are borne entirely by us. This also applies to the maintenance and service of the system during its entire operation.
3. Using solar energy
After commissioning, the photovoltaic system generates sustainable electricity that you can also use directly – if you wish so. It is up to you to what extent you want or can cover your needs by the photovoltaic system. You don´t want to use the solar electricity? No problem. The use of electricity is not a must.
