Information and documents (hereinafter, the “Information“) made available on this website and on its sub-sites (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Site”) must not be disseminated to persons who have their respectice seat or residence outside of the Principality of Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Italy, Slovakia, Poland and Romania (collectively referred to as “Offer States“), including not limited to, persons who are being regarded as U.S.Persons (hereinafter “US Persons“, as defined in Regulation S of the United States Securities Act of 1933, hereinafter, “Securities Act“).

The sole legal basis for the offer, sale and subscription of the Bonds is (i) the prospectus which has been approved by the Financial Market Authority of the Principality of Liechtenstein (hereinafter, “FMA”) on 18 July 2019 (hereinafter, the “Prospectus“) and (ii) the first supplement to the Prospectus that has been approved by the FMA on 9 April 2020 (hereinafter, the “Supplement”). The Prospectus and the Supplement were notified to the respective competent supervisory authorities in the Offer States.

Investors are advised that the approval of the Prospectus and of the Supplement by the FMA should not be understood as an endorsement of the Bonds to be offered. Potential investors are recommended to read the Prospectus and the Supplement before making an investment decision in order to fully understand the potential risks and rewards associated with the decision to invest in the Bonds.
